This workshop will prepare participants for Aerial Street Team auditions. It will begin with an intensive ground based warm-up and conditioning session where participants will learn how to assess their own technique and gain the power to self-guide their practice. Then participants will be introduced to quick and effective methods for building crowd-pleasing solo and improv performances. Next, they’ll learn how to set-up and take-down the portable aerial rig and practice the full process. Finally, the group will be led through an active stretching sequence designed to build flexibility through daily practice. A Q&A session about audition requirements and logistics will follow.
