It’s time to really turn up the heat!!! Join Kara Freeman for a workshop meant to make your temperature rise, blood pressure elevate, and the chance to learn how to add some sass to your aerial play. Your favorite sassy instructor will be going over floor play, ground to air transitions, and create a short choreography with all the ingredients to teach you how to turn a boring routine in to something naughty & nice!!! Ingredients include leg work, hand movements, hair flipping, and body waves.
This workshop is designed for aerial hammock and geared for all students of all levels. A basic knowledge of the following Level 1 skills are required: pull over, hip hang series, backward & forward arabesque, star straddle series, and spider series. Advanced variations will be added for upper level students.
