Hanging Arabesque

Pre-req: gazelle

Position: Grasp opposite pole from hooked leg with both hands. Pull up and take weight into hands and off hooked leg. Position pole in armpit, and rotate hips to turn to the front. Sink into position. Leg wrap should support close to the knee, not around upper thigh. Free leg points to ground and is either straight or styled bent.
